Word Slags

Word Slags is a quarterly spoken word poetry night run and hosted by Genevieve Pepper and Jake Nathan. Gen’s a self-proclaimed sizzling hot super-talented milf, and Jake’s ok on a good day, he admits reluctantly.

Expect great poetry, great music, great vibes and hot people.

Our second event is headlined by two incredible poets, Violet Malice and Henry Madd, supported by an equally talented lineup of some of the best poets around. You’d be a mug to miss it, frankly.

We’re proud to be hosted by The Albion Rooms, a venue that embodies the gritty and the glamorous. To be fair, that’s a pretty accurate description of us too.

So, you know what to do; get a ticket, come along, laugh, cry, dance and question your sexuality. You love it.
